AI Futures have been retained exclusively for a Product Manager – CRM & Automation to drive commercial excellence, enabling faster, smarter sales & marketing operations.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the CRM platform which will enable all commercial businesses. You will work closely with sales & marketing and digital innovation & analytics to ensure the CRM is deeply integrated into the commercial ecosystem e.g. e-commerce, websites, pricing and analytics.
The Role
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for HubSpot as the central CRM for sales & marketing
- Lead requirements, user stories, and platform configuration for sales processes and automation
- Customize HubSpot with a strong focus on sales processes (e.g. pipelines, deal stages, workflows, automations, playbooks, custom objects/properties)
- Partner closely with the digital innovation & analytics team to integrate pricing and analytics into Hubspot (e.g. dynamic price recommendations, lead scoring, CLTVs)
- Integrate analytics tools (e.g., pricing, lead scoring) and manage key data flows with other systems (e.g. e-commerce, ERP)
- Establish data governance, quality, and compliance standards for all customer profiles
- Manage daily platform operations, stability, and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
- Proven experience as an IT Product Manager, Product Owner or CRM Consultant in non-digital/asset-heavy industries (e.g. energy, manufacturing, logistics).
- Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM (Sales/Marketing Hub), including advanced configuration of sales pipelines, workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Practical experience in leveraging AI and low-code platforms to build CRM automations (e.g. voice-to-text, intelligent workflows) and integrating CRM with e-commerce, ERP, and analytics via APIs/iPaaS
- Strong understanding of data governance, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent German and English
- Hybrid working arrangement with 50% in office based in Hamburg
